Yoram Ashery
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ashery has been the CEO of Aposense since 2007. Prior to joining the Company, he was with Given Imaging (Nasdaq: GIVN), maker of the Capsule Endoscopy technology, a capsule-sized disposable video camera that is swallowed by the patient to visualize his or her gastrointestinal tract. Mr. Ashery joined the senior management of Given Imaging in 2000 as its VP Business Development, focusing on its strategic and global expansion, and later became responsible for its future growth product lines. Before that, Mr. Ashery was a partner with Zellermayer, Pelossof & Co., one of Israel's premier corporate law firms, practicing corporate finance, M&A and licensing transactions with a particular focus in the medical technology sector.

Eli Frydman, Ph.D, MBA
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Frydman joined Aposense in 2002 as Director of Business Development, and in 2005 was promoted to the position of VP and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the Company, he was Senior Business Development Manager at GE Medical Systems in Europe, where he led M&A, licensing and collaboration transactions. Dr. Frydman holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry (Nano-Materials) from the Weizmann Institute of Science, a B.Sc in Chemistry and Physics from Tel-Aviv University, and an MBA from the Ecole Des Ponts, Paris, France.

Miri Ben-Ami, MD
Vice President, Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs Prior to joining Aposense, Dr. Ben-Ami held several leading roles at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Global Innovative R&D, bringing with her extensive industry experience. In her previous capacity at Teva as Global Head of Neurology/CNS Development Section and as a member of the global R&D management team, Dr. Ben-Ami led Teva's development strategy for products for neurodegenerative diseases and played a pivotal role in the design, development and approval path of new products as well as new indications.
Dr. Ben-Ami received her medical degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg and gained clinical experience during her residency in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the UK and Israel. Dr. Ben-Ami also serves as a member of the academic staff at Haifa University, Department of Health Sciences.

Dovi Farkash
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Farkash Joined Aposense in March 2010. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Farkash was with Objet Geometries, the leader in the 3D printing industry as VP Corporate Development. Prior to that, Mr. Farkash served as VP Finance in M-Systems (Nasdaq: FLSH), a world leader in the flash memory chips world and the inventor of the USB Key Drive acquired in 2007 by SanDisk (Nasdaq: SNDK). Prior to joining M-Systems he was with Bavly – Braude, accounting firm (merged into Ernst & Young). Mr. Farkash served as a senior officer at the IDF Attorney General Unit in several legal positions. Mr. Farkash holds L.L.B and B.A (accounting) degrees both gained in Tel Aviv University and he’s a CPA and a Lawyer.

Menashe Levy Ph.D.
VP Research & Early Development
Dr. Levy has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device Industries, holding senior positions in Research, Development, Regulatory and Operation. Most recently he was the VP R&D of Regentis Biomaterials. Before that, Dr. Levy served as VP R&D of ColBar Lifesience (J&J Company). Prior to that he served as CTO of Rostam Ltd. and General Manager of its daughter company, HiGienic Intravaginal Technologies Ltd., before joining Rosatm, Dr. Levy held senior R&D, operation and Regulatory positions at Gamida-Cell Ltd., Soreq Radiopharmaceutical, Pharmos Ltd, Mead-Johnson and Teva Pharmaceutics.
Dr. Levy holds a bachelor degree in pharmacy and Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and completed a Post-doctoral fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco.

Tal Davidson, MD
Vice President, Imaging Informatics
Dr. Davidson joined Aposense in 2009 as Director of Software and Image Analysis, and in 2012 was promoted to the position of VP Imaging Informatics. Between 2000 and 2009 Dr. Davidson was the Director of Software and Platforms at Given Imaging Ltd. (Nasdaq: GIVN), maker of the Capsule Endoscopy technology, a capsule-sized disposable video camera that is swallowed by the patient to visualize his or her gastrointestinal tract. At Given, Dr. Davidson lead the design and development of multiple generations of Given's imaging and analysis software platform, from its inception to an FDA approved tool used at thousands of hospitals and clinics worldwide, helping diagnose over a million patients to-date. Prior to Given Imaging, Dr. Davidson was head of software R&D at Tapuz Medical Ltd., developer of electronic medical records (EMR) and remote diagnostic tools for primary medicine. During his medical studies, Dr. Davidson lead the creation of numerous software projects, including Artistic Style, a popular open source code formatter, supported by an active community, and bundled with numerous Linux distributions. Dr. Davidson received his Medical degree from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
