The late Mr. Hurvitz, the former CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of
Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd. was Aposense Chairman of the Board from 2002 until his departure on November 21, 2011.
Dr. Alon Dumanis, Chairman of the Board
Dr. Dumanis is the CEO of Docor International Management, a subsidiary of the Van-Leer Group Foundation. He is a former General in the Israeli Air Force, where he managed multi-billion dollar R&D programs.
Ilan Ziv, MD, Co-founder, Vice Chairman, Chief Scientist
Dr. Ziv is a clinical neurologist, a senior staff member of the Department of Neurology, Rabin Medical Center, Petach-Tikva, Israel, and is a Senior Lecturer at the Sackler School of Medicine, of the Tel-Aviv University. He has been involved in the field of apoptosis for nearly two decades, with an emphasis on its clinical applications. Dr. Ziv is also a member of the Editorial Board of Apoptosis Journal.
Mr. Yaacov Gotenstein
Mr. Gotenstein is Chairman of the Board of Israel Petrochemical Enterprises (TASE: PTCH), and a co-founder of Aposense.
Dr. Morry Blumenfeld
Dr. Blumenfeld is a partner in Ziegler-Meditech Equity Partners, and is a former medical imaging technology leader in GE Medical Systems, where for many years he led the technology development for GE's CT and MRI business sectors.
Mr. Joseph Dobrowski
Mr. Dobrowski was until recently the Head of Purchasing and Logistics in Clalit Health Fund (Israel's largest and the world's second largest health organization). He is Head of the Pharmaceutical Administration of the Israeli Ministry of Health, and former Chief Pharmacist of the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces).

Dr. Shai Brill

Mr. Chaim Hurvitz
Mr. Hurvitz currently serves as CEO of CHealth, a private venture capital firm, a position he has held since May 2011.
Previously, he was a member of Teva’s senior management, serving as the President of Teva International Group from 2002 until 2010, as President and CEO of Teva Pharmaceuticals Europe from 1992 to 1999 and as Vice President - Israeli Pharmaceutical Sales from 1999 until 2002.
Mr. Hurvitz presently serves as a director of Aposense Ltd. He is a member of management of the Manufacturers Association of Israel and Head of its pharmaceutical branch. He received a B.A. in political science and economics from Tel Aviv University in 1985.
